1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of moseo01.com, its free tools and content, and the initial relationship between you and MOSEO01 ("we"). By using the website you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Accepting these terms electronically, or submitting any form on the website, is a valid expression of intent under the Egyptian Civil Code and the Electronic Signature Law No. 15 of 2004.

2. Who we are

MOSEO01 provides search engine optimisation (SEO), answer and generative engine optimisation (AEO and GEO), app store optimisation (ASO) and digital growth services to businesses in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. Contact: hello@moseo01.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to contract. If you use the website or request a service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms.

4. Permitted and prohibited use

You must use the website for lawful purposes only. In particular, you must not:

• Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website, its systems or admin panel, or disrupt or overload it.
• Use automated software to scrape content or data, or run the tools repeatedly beyond normal use.
• Submit false data or another person's data without permission, or use the tools to scan sites with intent to harm them.
• Publish or send any content that breaks the law, public order or morals, or any malicious software.
• Commit any act that is an offence under the Anti-Cyber and Information Technology Crimes Law No. 175 of 2018.

5. Free tools

We offer free tools such as the site readiness checker and keyword volume. They are provided "as is" for guidance, and rely on public data and third-party sources that may be estimates or out of date. Their results are not binding professional advice, and we may limit, change or stop them at any time.

You are responsible for having the right to scan any website you enter into the tools.

6. Content and information

Articles, guides, case studies and prices on the website are general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate and current, but they are not legal or financial advice or a binding offer. Displayed prices are indicative; the final price is set by a written proposal or signed contract.

7. Contracting for services

Submitting a consultation request does not create a contractual obligation for either party. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment and cancellation terms. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

8. No guaranteed results

SEO results depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and updates, competition, technical site quality and how recommendations are implemented. We therefore do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, leads or revenue. Results shown in case studies reflect past projects and are not a promise of similar outcomes.

9. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, designs, logos, the MOSEO01 mark, tools and code, is owned by or licensed to us and protected under the Intellectual Property Rights Protection Law No. 82 of 2002. You may view it, share links to it and quote briefly with attribution; you may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our prior written permission.

Other trademarks and company names on the website belong to their owners; mentioning them does not imply partnership or endorsement unless stated.

10. Limitation of liability

The website, tools and content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the website, reliance on its content or tool results, or website downtime or errors. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us for any damage or claim arising from your breach of these terms or the law, or your infringement of third-party rights while using the website.

12. Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party sites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies; your use of them is subject to their own terms.

13. Privacy and data protection

We process personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Consumer protection

Our services are aimed mainly at businesses and professionals. If you qualify as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law.

15. Changes to the terms and the website

We may change these terms at any time; changes take effect when published on this page. Continuing to use the website after publication means you accept the updated terms. We may also change, suspend or discontinue the website or any tool without prior notice.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days of written notice by either party. Failing that, the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, including the Economic Courts where they are competent under Law No. 120 of 2008.

17. General provisions

• If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
• Our not enforcing a right at any time is not a waiver of it.
• The Arabic text of these terms prevails over any translation in case of difference in interpretation.
